Prior to launching Ray Media Advisory, I served in numerous Executive Leadership roles including CEO, Chief Product Officer and President of Product and Innovation, among others.
As Carat’s CEO and Global President, I led the agency through a period of exceptional growth, more than doubling agency revenues. As the first Chief Product Officer for dentsu Media Global and dentsu Americas, I helped steer the global launch of dentsu gaming and the award-winning, multicultural podcast series, “More Than That with Gia Peppers”.

James Allen

James has held leadership positions across several functions at media agencies, including strategy, innovation, and product. Before co-founding extramedia.co, a boutique media agency for small and medium-sized brands and agencies, James was the Head of Strategy at Carat, where he led the development and execution of media strategies for the world’s largest advertisers across the agency roster, including adidas, Mastercard, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, and United Airlines, among others.
James specializes in communications, media, and product strategy.

Joey Medici
SENIOR ADVISOR
Joey has spent his career in media, working across strategy, digital activation and ad operations. Most recently, Joey was Strategy Director at Carat where he managed teams to develop and implement breakthrough strategies for technology, QSR and athletic footwear brands such as Microsoft, Cracker Barrel and Reebok, among others.
Joey is also the Co-Founder of extramedia.co. He specializes in communications, media and digital strategy.

Helen has a proven track record of leading transformation and building high-impact media organizations in the US and internationally. In her most recent role as Global Media Director for META, she spearheaded the global media organization from the ground up. Agency side, Helen led teams managing clients such as Procter & Gamble, Burberry, Beiersdorf, and LEGO.
Helen specializes in strategy, organizational design, and agency partnerships.

Marc Parillo

Marc Parillo is a former management consultant who brought a business and data-oriented acumen to marketing at GALE Partners, a fast-growing, award-winning marketing agency. Over his 8-year tenure at GALE, Marc held roles such as Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff, contributing to more than 60 key projects and developing an integrated marketing practice that spans audience research, creative, media, and technology.
Marc specializes in first-party audience segmentation and analyses, qualitative audience research, brand strategy, loyalty and CRM strategy, and customer acquisition.
